Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides for easy removal.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried cherries, sliced almonds, and sea salt.
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the almond butter, maple syrup, and honey until smooth and pourable, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the warm almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Use the back of a spatula or your hands to press it firmly and evenly into the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the chilled bars.
Return the bars to the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Lift the parchment paper to remove the bars from the pan, then cut into 12 squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
