Crispy Air Fryer Falafel with Tahini Sauce

Falafel has been a cherished staple in my family gatherings, bringing everyone together over its crispy, savory allure. Traditionally deep-fried, this version uses an air fryer for a lighter, yet equally delicious option.

Air frying these falafels guarantees a satisfying crunch without the excess oil. Paired with a creamy tahini sauce, they're perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prepping.

Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Falafel

For a smoother mixture, process the chickpeas until just combined—not fully pureed. This helps the falafel hold its shape without becoming dense.

Serve with a side of pita or your favorite grain bowl for an extra hearty meal. Add fresh veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions to complement the rich falafel flavor.
