Method
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the French or Italian bread.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the garlic bread, butter-side up, in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- Carefully remove the garlic bread from the air fryer, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes
For extra cheesy garlic bread, add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese along with the Parmesan. Keep a close eye on the bread while air frying as cook times can vary between different air fryer models. If you don't have fresh garlic, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder can be used as a substitute.
