Ingredients
  

  • 2 small pizza dough balls store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices optional
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Roll out pizza dough balls into 6-7 inch circles on a lightly floured surface. The dough should fit comfortably in your air fryer basket.
  3. Brush one side of each pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crust, leaving a small border. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni if using, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Place one pizza in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove pizza carefully and repeat with the second pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and let cool for 1-2 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Don't overload with toppings or the pizza won't cook evenly. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook pizzas one at a time. For extra crispy crust, pre-cook the plain dough for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
