Ingredients
Method
- Wash and thinly slice the zucchini into 1/8-inch thick rounds. Pat them very dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a medium bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until evenly coated. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the zucchini and toss again to ensure all slices are well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; you may need to work in batches. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer and desired crispiness.
- Remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and serve immediately. They are best enjoyed fresh.

Notes
For extra crispy chips, ensure the zucchini is as dry as possible before seasoning. Cook in small batches to prevent steaming instead of frying. Keep an eye on them towards the end of the cooking time, as they can burn quickly once they start to crisp.
