Ingredients
Method
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 12-13 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While wings are cooking, combine honey, hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl and pour the hot honey sauce over them. Toss until all wings are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.

Notes
For extra crispy wings, make sure to pat them completely dry before seasoning. The baking powder helps create an ultra-crispy skin. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket - cook in batches if needed for best results. Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your heat preference.
