Method
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to a pizza pan or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, minced garlic, half of the fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Brush the pizza dough with olive oil. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining fresh herbs.
- Let the pizza cool for 2-3 minutes, then slice and serve hot. Enjoy your cottage cheese pizza with herbs!

Notes
For best results, drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese before using to prevent a soggy crust. You can substitute dried herbs if fresh are not available, but use half the amount as dried herbs are more concentrated. This pizza is also delicious with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for added flavor.
