- Add spinach, frozen mango, banana, coconut water, and fresh ginger to a high-speed blender.
- If desired, add chia seeds and ice cubes (if using fresh banana) to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water.
- Pour the Detox Green Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrient retention.

For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder. If you prefer a colder smoothie without ice, use a frozen banana instead of fresh. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice for an extra zesty kick.
