Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 0.5 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 0.5 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 4-6 cubes ice optional, if using fresh fruit

Method
 

  1. Add spinach, frozen mango, banana, coconut water, and fresh ginger to a high-speed blender.
  2. If desired, add chia seeds and ice cubes (if using fresh banana) to the blender.
  3. Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water.
  4. Pour the Detox Green Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrient retention.

Notes
