Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough on a floured surface to a rectangle, about 1/2-inch thick.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and herbs evenly over the dough. Roll tightly from the long side and cut into 1-inch slices.
Arrange slices in a greased loaf pan. Brush with melted butter. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
