Method
- In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in equal parts.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the coffee mixture for 3-5 minutes until it becomes thick, fluffy, and light in color with stiff peaks forming.
- Fill four glasses with ice cubes if desired, then pour cold milk into each glass, filling about three-quarters full.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture generously on top of the milk in each glass.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for garnish if desired. Serve immediately with a spoon or straw to mix the whipped coffee into the milk before drinking.

Notes
For best results, use instant coffee rather than regular ground coffee as it whips better. The whipped coffee can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sugar, or substitute with honey or sweetener of choice.
