- In a large pitcher, gently muddle the fresh raspberries with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to release their juices.
- Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the pitcher with the muddled raspberries and stir to combine.
- Fill the pitcher with ice cubes to keep the drink cold and refreshing.
- Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water into the pitcher, stirring gently to avoid losing carbonation.
- If using, tear the mint leaves slightly to release their aroma and add them to the pitcher.
- Pour into individual glasses and garnish each with a lemon slice and a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.

Notes
For best results, use very cold sparkling water to maintain maximum fizz. You can prepare the raspberry-lemon mixture ahead of time and add the sparkling water just before serving. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey or stevia to taste.
