Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and garlic. Pour over chicken, marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine rosemary, thyme, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, remaining salt, and pepper.
Remove chicken from marinade and coat each piece thoroughly with the breadcrumb herb mixture.
Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
