  • 2 cups milk dairy or almond milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat or low-fat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Add the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds (if using), and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries, reserving a few pieces for topping if desired.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 mason jars or airtight containers with lids.
  5. Cover each container tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.
  6. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with additional fresh strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or graham cracker crumbs if desired. Enjoy cold straight from the fridge.

Notes

For best results, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps. These overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, making them perfect for meal prep. If the oats seem too thick after refrigerating, simply stir in a splash of milk before serving to reach your desired consistency.
