Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish or pie plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in the squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.

Notes
