  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup salami diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce into very small, bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, finely diced red onion, and chopped pepperoncini peppers to the bowl with the lettuce.
  3. Toss in the diced salami and cubed mozzarella cheese, distributing evenly throughout the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano until well combined.
  5. Pour the dressing over the chopped salad ingredients and toss everything together thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
