- Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Crumble the feta cheese if using a block.
- Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Process on high speed for 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Add black pepper and pulse a few times to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Drizzle with additional olive oil and sprinkle with fresh dill if desired.
- Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, fresh vegetables, or crusty bread. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
