Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature. Crumble the feta cheese if using a block.
  2. Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to a food processor or high-powered blender.
  3. Process on high speed for 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Add black pepper and pulse a few times to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Drizzle with additional olive oil and sprinkle with fresh dill if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, fresh vegetables, or crusty bread. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes
