Savory Cheddar & Jalapeño Buttermilk Biscuits

Weekends in my household are often greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked goodies, and these savory Cheddar & Jalapeño Buttermilk Biscuits are a family favorite. There's something undeniably satisfying about the spicy kick of jalapeños and the richness of cheddar cheese woven into a tender biscuit.

These biscuits strike the perfect balance between heat, buttery goodness, and a moist crumb thanks to the buttermilk. They're incredibly easy to whip up, making them perfect for brunch or an exciting twist to accompany your dinner.

Why You'll Love These Biscuits

For best results, keep your butter and buttermilk very cold before incorporating them into the dough. This helps create flakier layers. Feel free to adjust the jalapeño amount based on your spice preference or try adding crispy bacon bits for an extra punch of flavor.
