Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

Why air fry? The air fryer does an amazing job of rendering the wings perfectly crispy without excess oil. Paired with a tangy honey sriracha glaze, each wing is a bite of blissful spice tempered by mellow honey. It's finger food done right!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  5. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the honey sriracha glaze over the wings and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
