Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese to a food processor or blender. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper if using. Blend until completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into a circle or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick, creating your desired pizza crust shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and set in the center. The edges should be slightly crispy.
- Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes, slice, and serve immediately while hot.

Notes
Make sure to blend the cottage cheese mixture until completely smooth for the best texture. The crust will be softer than traditional pizza crust, so use a spatula or pizza cutter to slice. For a crispier crust, bake an additional 3-5 minutes before adding toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best results.
