Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 lemon sliced for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a better sear and prevents excess moisture in the air fryer.
  2. Brush both sides of each salmon fillet with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure even cooking.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. The salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon slices on the side and your favorite vegetables or side dishes.
