- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a circle about 10-12 inches in diameter, keeping the edges slightly thicker than the center.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and set in the center. The edges should be crispy and slightly darker.
- Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza sauce, remaining mozzarella cheese, and desired toppings.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes before slicing. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
