Ingredients
  

  • 20 pieces frozen dumplings any variety
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place frozen dumplings in the center of the baking tray and arrange broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and snap peas around the dumplings.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the dumplings and vegetables, making sure everything is well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping the dumplings halfway through, until dumplings are golden and crispy and vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately while hot.

Notes
